As part of The House of Fairy Tales Media Planet area at Byline I designed a giant newspaper for children to fill in with their own stories. There were also some guest appearances along the way!
As part of my Event Illustration practice, I was invited to take part in the World Energy Council’s Future Scenarios workshop. The content and discussion was fascinating and as usual a great experience for me as an artist to capture the content in a dynamic and effective way.
My line drawings have been applied to gift items printed for young visitors to Florence’s Grande Museo del Duomo, including a tote bag, memory puzzle, postcards and wallets.
As part of Okido magazine’s Ice themed workshop at Bermondsey’s Doodle Bar I created an interactive mural. I designed a framework of visual prompts and thematic set ups to work into, and let the children fill in the rest. The results were a wonderful whirl of creative, thought provoking, energetic, expressive and vibrant drawings, to say the least!
In the treatment room of Clare Ward, I was commissioned to create a ‘word wall’ for patients to read during physical health diagnostic sessions.
Ark Education group commissioned me to create a colour-in mural for their Pop-Up exhibition on London’s South Bank in December 2017/January 2018. The artwork was designed at my studio, then printed onto a 12ft X 8ft canvas . The colour in billboard style mural was rendered all the colours of the rainbow by the various visitors over the course of the exhibition.
